Fish with potatoes in the oven is a wonderful and very easy to prepare dish that can become a decoration of not only everyday table, but also a solemn dinner. For 6 pots: • 0, 8 kg of peeled potatoes, • 0, 7-0, 8 kg of fish like a pike or pike perch (there should not be a large amount of bones in the fish), • 250 g of solid grades, • 3 small bulbs, • 0, 25 kg of sour cream (if you follow the post, replace with lean mayonnaise), • 0, 5 tbsp. any vegetable oil, • greens, • spices and salt. Let’s start: turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Clean the fish and save it from the bones. Chop potatoes on squares. Cut the onions in half rings (based on half a ray in each pot). Chop finely greens, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Now on the bottom of each pot for the oven “Lay” a layer of potatoes, salt, pepper. Then a layer of onion half -rings, also a little addition. And portioned pieces of fish. Before sending the dish in the oven, we will make a refuel: we mix sour cream with greens, butter and spices and pour “drug” with potatoes (equally in each pot). It remains to sprinkle with grated cheese on top and send fish with potatoes to the oven for an hour and a half. Fish with potatoes in the oven is ready!
