At the very end, add lean oil to the yeast dough and knead until it stops sticking to the walls of the vessel and to your hands. This procedure will take at least 15-20 minutes. Roll the resulting piece of yeast dough into the ball, grease with lean oil, cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for an hour. During this time, your lean dough should increase its volume by about twice. Obmeal it and let it grow again. Everything, lean yeast dough is ready!
