During post, it is sometimes so difficult to cook something hearty. But this is only until you learn to make delicious yeast dough, and absolutely lean. This skill can significantly improve the diet. So, we need a list of the following products: • 1 ½ st. cold water (you can replace it with potato broth), • approximately 4. flour, • ½ t. lean oil, • 30 g of pressed yeast (can be replaced with 1 hour. l. dry), • pair of st. l. sugar (if desired, you can make it sweeter), • A little salt. Preparation: Dilute the yeast in a water heated to 37 degrees, pour sugar, add a pinch of salt and stir well. Then you can gradually introduce sifted flour and knead the soft dough. At the very end, add lean oil to the yeast dough and knead until it stops sticking to the walls of the vessel and to your hands. This procedure will take at least 15-20 minutes. Roll the resulting piece of yeast dough into the ball, grease with lean oil, cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for an hour. During this time, your lean dough should increase its volume by about twice. Obmeal it and let it grow again. Everything, lean yeast dough is ready!
