One of the most successful and sold pickups of the German brand Volkswagen was presented at the Geneva Auto show in the form of a concept car, called Amarok Canyon Concept. This car demonstrates the opportunity to adapt a pickup for any needs, whether it is adaptation for special services or an ordinary car for lovers of extreme sports.
From the civilian version of Volkswagen Amarok, the Amarok Canyon Concept, a specially equipped trunk, new tires and discs, as well as an increased road lumen by 85 mm, which allow German pickups more steep high-rise and climb into a more steep rise. And this is not all changes, engineers also installed additional lanterns on the roof of the car, equipped the salon with special equipment and a protective safety arc, and also installed the winch. As for the technical characteristics, under the hood, Amarok has 2, 0-liter TDI Bi-Turbo developing about 180 horsepower working paired with a new transmission. The pickup is also equipped with a 4Motion all -wheel drive system, as well as a blocking differential on the rear axle. The company claims that this is not the only special version of the pickupa that was demonstrated to the general public, it is further planned to issue several more special modifications of Volkswagen Amarok.
