Preparations.

Cook the broth from anything (you can take anyone on this site), there is a field for checking a combination of tastes.

Pie. Pour the flour on the table (board or bowl). Put the oil in flour and chop it into several pieces (the smaller, the better). Beat the egg with salt separately and pour the resulting mixture into flour. Mold the dough. Very finely cut the ham. We wipe the cheese through a large grater. Beat the second egg with water and spices (do not forget about salt).

Cooking.

Lubricate the baking sheet with fat or vegetable oil and put the dough on it (uniform layer). Put the baking sheet in the oven (in the oven) and leave it there for 15 minutes. After this time, we get the basis and put the chopped ham on it. Thread the grated cheese on top of the meat and pour the whipped egg. We put again in the oven (oven) and hold for several minutes there (until the cheese melts and the egg is baked). Serve the pie on the table whole and in the process we cut off the necessary pieces. Pour the broth into cups or pels. The dish is ready!
